"I have been a customer with TLC for several years now purchasing both an AC and a generator which Tom gave me a fabulous price on. I have always purchased their maintenance plans which are very affordable and the service I've received has always been phenomenal. Once I called late at night and they had a senior technician dispatched to my home within 5 minutes and he was even willing to work until 1am.

There was fear and trepidation as this was an extremely large decision in terms of cost and timing – he installation took place between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
