TLC was started in 2000 by Warrenton's own Tom Noland. At first, it was just Tom and a single truck. Since then, TLC has become one of Warrenton's largest service companies.

Over the years Tom – a licensed HVAC Master Technician, Master Electrician, Master Gasfitter, Class A Contractor and Class A Builde – has consistently continued his education, accumulating a host of certifications, and key trade association memberships and awards. He requires the same commitment from his co-workers by insisting on a minimum 120 hours per year of paid training and continuing education.

TLC Owner Tom Noland is on site and in the field every day – meeting with customers, designing systems and actively training the best service team in Northern Virginia and the Piedmont.

Tom's team of precision tune-up experts

Tom took what he had learned over the years as a technician, electrician and business owner and combined it with the new understanding and techniques he'd learned at the National Comfort Institute. Then he hired a team and trained them to perform the most meticulous cleaning and most precise tune-up in the heating/cooling industry. Tom equipped his team with state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and had them certified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

Tom trained his team to be his technicians' eyes and ears. They recommend a technician visit whenever they discover a problem or an opportunity for better performance. That way you get a far more thorough cleaning and tune-up. That way, you pay for a technician's time ONLY WHEN IT MAKES SENSE.

In addition to the special training provided by the National Comfort Institute, the folks who install and repair your systems should be certified by the recognized testing agency of our industry.
